Sunday Sandwich Hevre (SSH) occurs once a month, generally on the third Sunday. Our community “from 9 to 90” makes about 350 sack lunches to feed hungry people on the Peninsula, usually in about an hour. Lunches consist of either a cheese or peanut butter and jelly sandwich, carrots, fruit, a drink, and cookies.

Spend a Sunday morning with us. You do not need to sign up in advance. Just show up; we'll be glad to have you and will put you to work! We also appreciate volunteer drivers to deliver the lunches to Samaritan House. All lunches are distributed by Samaritan House.
