The Board of Trustees recently adopted PTBE’s Strategic Plan, which charts PTBE’s course for the next 3-5 years in key areas of member engagement, financial vitality and governance. It is also guiding the transformation of our administrative staffing model and operations.

Member engagement with the Temple and with each other is a primary focus of the new Strategic Plan, and in that spirit, the Board will host a Town Hall Meeting to bring us all together on Thursday, March 21 at 7 p.m. We will present an overview of the Strategic Plan, answer your questions and have a lively dialogue about the Plan’s central themes. We will also provide a quick update on PTBE’s construction plans and enjoy dessert together.
