We continue Movies & Midrash this year in the theme of Sacred Listening, Sh'ma.

Our next movie will be the 2013 film Short Term 12, an incredibly moving film about a California care unit for at-risk teens, featuring Brie Larson, Rami Malek and others.

We will learn about the movie from Roger Feigelson, watch the movie, and Aviv Siegel will lead a lively conversation about the theme of Sacred Listening, about the movie, how the movie connects to the theme, and to our lives. (The movie is about 1 hour 35 minutes and is rated R.)
