Annual High Holy Days Food Drive

 September 25-October 17

Food insecurity has grown as high inflation hits the grocery aisles. Our hungry neighbors in San Mateo need weekend meals – and PTBE helps meet that need through our Sunday Sandwich Hevre (SSH) meal-making sessions. We supply more than 450 bagged lunches to Samaritan House each month, and every meal is distributed the day we deliver.

The whole congregation can support this critical work through our High Holy Days Food Drive. See the button below for the 2024 list of requested donations! Kindly drop off filled grocery bags or boxes at PTBE on the tables outside the front gate, from September 25 through October 17. The items you deliver will go right into SSH meals.
